Lynton Surveys offers excellent staff development and training opportunities, including support in undertaking further studies at university or TAFE.
All new employees must undergo internal training to achieve a high competency level suitable for construction industry requirements, including:
- site and industry safety
- site communications
- survey equipment and setout software training
- office and survey computing training
- survey practice methods
- monitoring methods and applications.
We also provide external training for staff in:
